Now that I’ve managed to prove that I’m one of the worst bloggers around (has it been a month? What? Not quite? Phew), I figure I’d better give the world a status update. As y’all can see, I got myself a website. It’s basic. It’s simple. I’m still trying to figure out what the hell to put on the front page. (I’ll get there, I promise.) But the website itself is another thing I can cross off my to-do list.
In writing news, my second book, White-Knuckled Moments, just got sent off to line edits. It comes out September 25 through Loose Id, and I’ve already gotten to see a preview of the cover. I’m stoked, and I’ll be posting the cover and a sneak preview when I get the final products.
Writing has been interesting these last few months. I’ve had family swarm the house, now that we actually have more than a tiny apartment, so every weekend since Falling Out of Fate’s publishing has been filled with driving down to DC, touring Baltimore’s Inner Harbor, and hitting the beach. Not that I’m complaining, but it certainly hasn’t helped the word count. Hopefully I’ll be able to make up for it once the relatives get the east coast out of their systems. Oh yeah. And after the Olympics. Holy gymnasts, batman. I can only dream of being that flexible.
